Our Role

What does it take to be an Account Manager with Dealerplus? This role combines both B2B & B2C relationships, having the ability to seamlessly switch your approach consistently through your day while maintaining the highest professional standards is key.

You’ll be working as part of a fast paced, collaborative team where you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of our Dealership relationships while supporting third party customers with their loan applications, and our Business Development Managers.

Not only will you become an expert in Business relationship growth and management, your customer support will be second none.

About You

You won’t need to have previous experience in Finance, or even the Motor Trade. (Our Training Academy will ensure you’re given the best platform to be a success).

What’s important is that you’re customer & success focused, willing to work hard to achieve both yours and the business’ goals.

What Will You Do?

As an Account Manager with Dealerplus, you will be responsible for managing inbound car finance applications provided by our client Dealerships.

You'll work closely with external partners and our dedicated support teams to ensure the best possible service is provided.

  • Manage proposed applications from clients, gaining a finance acceptance & liaising with all parties.
  • Checking that the customer application is accurate and using internal systems to process the application.
  • Liaising with Lenders / Clients / Dealers by telephone and email.
  • Building relationships with dealerships and key stakeholders, while Confidently promoting the business to potential clients.
What Will You Get?

Successful applicants can progress into Business Development or Sales Management positions heading other Field-Based or Internal Teams from the front delivering financial results.

This opportunity is available for both Full-Time (40HPW) and Part-Time hours. (Flexible patterns will be considered for the right candidate). 

  • Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 19:00
  • Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
