Lexus has added an S grade to its fully hybrid compact hatchback range, which it says gives a more accessible entry-level model for customers.
The luxury car firm says the CT 200h S does not cut back on the high quality, sleek design and top-of-the-range technology Lexus fans expect.
Lexus says that new alloy wheels, a 15in version with five spokes, and a bigger back spoiler help the new CT 200h produce even fewer emissions, at just 87g/km.
The S means there are now five models in the CT 200h range, and Lexus has tweaked the equipment on offer on almost all of them.
Replacing SE-L Premier is the Premier, which is now adorned with a DAB digital radio and the front passenger can adjust their seat electronically. The F Sport also has the added passenger seat functionality, plus keyless entry and start.
The SE-L is replaced by the Luxury, which also gets the high-tech keyless system, plus door mirrors that fold electronically.
A satnav is standard on the Premier and available as an add-on in the SE, Luxury and F Sport, but it now comes with a DAB digital radio and DVD player.
