Account Manager

This is a role for an organised individual with excellent time management skills; who is hard working and computer literate with the ability to speak to customers, dealers and lenders with confidence and with a professional manner. This Account Management position requires you to build up a relationship and be the key point of contact for the dealers. You will need good attention to detail; you will need to pick up the smallest of errors such as spelling mistakes and numerical inconsistencies to avoid issues with these finance applications. 

Duties:

  • Managing proposed applications from the dealership with the lenders until placed
  • Checking that the customer application is accurate and using internal systems to process the application.
  • Fraud detection with regards to proof of identification and documentation.
  • Liaising with Lenders / Clients / Dealers by telephone and email.
  • Building relationships with dealerships and key managers.
  • To understand the individual Lenders underwriting requirements.

Additional Duties:

  • Filing, Copying, Faxing, Scanning
  • Writing professional emails
  • Using Microsoft Office to maintain records and for database management.
  • All other duties related to the particular job role

The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who can show initiative by being self-sufficient around the office. Able to create new ideas to ensure that the efficiency of the company is maintained and to ultimately assist in the growth of Dealerplus.  

Experience of administration in the financial/motor sectors is desirable, however not essential.

Successful applicants can progress into business development or sales management positions heading other field based or internal sales teams from the front delivering financial results.
