Job Role

As a business, our key objective is to provide our clients with a fast and comprehensive solution for motor finance. Our Customer Executives are essential in their role to support the core sales operation by qualifying customers, assessing their demands and negotiating deals with our lenders.

We are looking for Customer focused, ambitious people to join our rapidly expanding business. Our academy training course will quickly provide you with the key knowledge required for the role and will continually support and develop your career at Creditplus. 

The Customer Executive role requires achieving daily KPI’s on customer contact time & calls, in combination with successful customer qualifications. Learning the core functions of the business in this role will offer the best platform for you to develop your career with us with progression opportunities available through multiple routes.

 

Duties & Tasks

You will be responsible for contacting our existing customers who have just purchased finance through us.  You will be tasked with educating them on the benefits of our additional products & services, while achieving individual targets and KPI’s and work as part of a team to ensure that team targets are achieved. 

  • Calling our existing customers who have just signed up to a finance agreement through our company, selling Insurance, Service Plans and Warranty products.
  • Conduct a fact-finding exercise to ensure the customers are given a personal recommendation based on their individual circumstances.
  • Undertake all calls in a professional and helpful manner using a consultative approach.
  • Confidently identify any barriers and overcome customer’s objections and questions.
  • Comprehensive updating of the internal web-based CRM system.

 

Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you will be friendly in nature with an exceptional telephone manner and a flair for administration. You will able to multi-task assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy office. While managing your own workload in a timely & efficient manner.

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Able to work independently and part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure at busy times
  • Enthusiastic, persuasive, dynamic, sociable.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • A prioritiser and planner who can analytically plan day-to-day activities / able to handle a fast pace environment to produce monthly financial targets.

Hours

We operate Monday – Saturday 09:00 - 19:00

This opportunity Is available on Full, Part-Time & flexible working patterns will be considered for the right candidate, giving you the opportunity to pick the hours / days that suit you.
