Insurance Sales Consultant

About the role

One of our key sales channels is our “direct to consumer” market, an internal role on our trading floor. The role is to up-sell additional products to customers.

Our academy training course will help you learn how to achieve in your first few weeks, as well as providing you with further training throughout your career with us.

Successful applicants can progress into sales management positions heading other sales teams from the front delivering financial results, motivating staff and assisting in the forward strategy of the business.


 Duties & Tasks

  • Selling Insurance, Service Plans & Warranty products to all customers.
  • Managing a high level of workflow and leads.
  • Comprehensive updating of the internal web based CRM system.
  • Day to day management of clients’ needs and requirements.
  • Management of financial targets and reporting.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Able to listen, empathise and qualify a client’s need quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • A prioritiser and planner who can analytically plan day-to-day activities / able to handle a fast pace environment to produce monthly financial targets.


Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30, two late night shifts 09.30 – 19:00 and one Saturday per month with hours of 09:00 – 17:00
