New Business Development Manager
About the role
We are looking to take on a New Business Development Manager to join our expanding team nationwide. Our key sales channels is our Car Dealer market, we provide software solutions and broker services to car dealers allowing their customers to access a comprehensive range of lenders and funding options.
Duties & Tasks
We are looking to recruit a New Business Development Manager to undertake the following tasks:
- Selling finance packages – Broker services and software solutions to car dealers.
- Managing your underwriter / administrators to deliver the required deal KPI’s.
- Comprehensive updating of the internal web based CRM system.
- Management of financial targets and reporting.
- Identifying new I.T solutions for online trading with dealers.
- Report to the Head of Dealerplus.
- Attitude: Driver, purposeful, demanding, determined, competitive, strong willed, enthusiastic, persuasive, dynamic and sociable.
- Skills: Excellent qualification skills, Strong influencing and negotiating skills. Ability to build a geographical region and then recruit other Business Development Managers
- Knowledge: Several years’ experience in selling into Car Dealerships. A prioritise and planner who is able to analytically plan day-to-day activities / able to handle a fast pace environment to produce monthly financial targets.
