This week sees the three day extravaganza of Crufts, where a huge variety of world class canines will be suited and booted for the event’s 125^th anniversary show. With so many furry friends having to make their way to Birmingham’s NEC, there had to be a selection of dog-friendly cars out there. So we did some research.

The Outback is a firm favourite with those who want good looks combined with practicality and reliability. For the dog in your life, it’s the perfect transporter with its large boot space and low loader point; so whether it’s a small or large breed, they’ll easily be able to jump into the back with the minimum of fuss. There’s also a range of useful dog-orientated accessories available too, so you know that this Scooby will Doo you proud.

Fiat 500L

The pumped up 500L is one of the best looking MPVs on the market and is super-safety conscious with its 5-star Euro NCAP rating.
