The sleek exterior features a contrasting frame around the side windows, and the quirky horse-shoe shaped taillights create a modern impression. What's it like inside?

The first thing you notice as you step inside the cabin, is how light and airy it feels. This is thanks to the large panoramic windscreen; excellent for visibility. The two-tone dashboard is made from quality materials, with two large screens proudly sat centre-stage. At the bottom, you’ll find a touch-screen infotainment system for controlling climate and navigation, whilst the top screen is displaying your speed, revs, fuel economy, odometer and clock.

Of course, practicality is key, and the Grand Picasso certainly hasn’t made any compromises here. There’s plenty of space for 5 tall adults to fit comfortably, and if you want to squeeze two more in the rear seats it is possible. But for longer journeys, these are really only comfortable for children.

If you’re only travelling with 5 passengers, the rear seats can fold down to offer a 632 litres boot space. And if the middle seats aren’t occupied and you want to transform the C4 Picasso into van mode, these can be fold down to provide an impressive 850 litres. But if you need extra space, you can make use of the many handy storage compartments available, from floor storage to two under seat storage draws.

Overall, the cabin is modern and spacious. And with a wide range of seating adjustments, it’s easy to get comfortable, so you and your family can enjoy a smooth, relaxing journey.

What's it like to drive?

With a 12.1sec 0-62mph, the Grand Picasso C4 is unlikely to get your pulse racing, but it handles well thanks to firm suspension and light-steering. And with excellent fuel economy across the entire range, you’ll be saving valuable pennies at the pump.
