Behind the scenes at Creditplus we have our IT wizards who work hard to ensure that our IT systems work as everything should, so our teams can provide the best service to our customers. We asked Callum, our IT Technician a few questions about what it’s like to work at Creditplus, and here is what he had to say…

Q. Tell me about yourself, what department do you work in?

Callum: I work in IT as an IT Support Technician. My role is to ensure that everyone at Creditplus can work efficiently to find and finance our customers next car.

Q. How long have you worked at Creditplus?

Callum: I’ve been at Creditplus for just 5 months now.

Q. What is your favourite thing about working at Creditplus?

Callum: The people. I get to interact with almost everyone at Creditplus on a regular basis. It’s a very friendly workplace, which makes it enjoyable to work here.

Q. What keeps you motivated to get your job done?

Callum: I love the satisfaction of fixing something, or finishing a project, no matter how big or small. My role comes with various challenges meaning no two days are the same and that’s just the way I like it.
