So, we asked James, our sales consultant a few questions about what it’s like to work at Creditplus, and here is what he had to say…

Q: Tell me about yourself, what department do you work in?

James: I work in Sales as a Consultant. My role is to ensure that my customers achieve the best finance deal possible and get a car they will love.

Q: How long have you worked at Creditplus?

I've worked at Creditplus for 8 months now.

Q: What is your favourite thing about working at Creditplus?

The people and environment. I get to hear stories, and little insights into people's lives every day. This is one of the few jobs where I can really get to know someone without having to cut their hair!

Q: What keeps you motivated to get your job done?

I love getting positive outcomes. Knowing that someone will walk outside their house every day and see something I helped them achieve is a massive motivator. No two days are the same as every customer has a different back story and requirements.

Q: What do your customers love about Creditplus?

I always get comments about how our personal service is exactly what someone needed when making a large decision. The fact that a customer can get everything they want without the hassle or leaving their house is a massive plus.

Q: Describe Creditplus in 3 words…

Personal, efficient and simple!

Q: Lastly, what car would you love to be in the driving seat of?

My dream car is the Nissan GT-R Nismo, preferably in grey or red!
