We provide software solutions and broker services to motor dealers, providing a comprehensive and compliant range of products, solutions and funding options.

Working as part of a fast paced, collaborative team where you’ll play a key role in both winning and supporting the growth of our Dealership relationships.  Providing regular support to your

existing accounts, with a view to increase business through an analytical approach. Nurturing these

relationships to become a trusted partner to the business.

About You

What does it take to be an Area Sales Manager with Dealerplus? Working from home and in your designated territory, you’ll take a proactive approach to territory management with the ability to quickly identify opportunities. Your sales focus and target orientated nature will mean you will roll your sleeves up and work tirelessly to reach yours and the business’ goals.

To be successful in this role, you would need to describe yourself as:

  • Enthusiastic, persuasive, dynamic & authoritative.
  • An excellent communicator, both over the phone & in writing
  • An active listener with the ability to, empathise and qualify a client’s need quickly and efficiently.
  • A prioritiser and planner who can analytically plan day-to-day activities / able to handle a fast pace environment to produce monthly financial targets.
What Will You Do?

As an Area Sales Manager with Dealerplus, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing relationships within your designated territory.

You'll work closely with our internal team to support clients with their customer applications, ensuring the best possible service is provided.

  • Proactively source sales within your territory, either by directly prospecting the existing customer base, sourcing new customers or through dealer introducers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and key stakeholders, while Confidently promoting the business to potential clients. Via phone, emails, and face to face meetings.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation and administration is aligned with regulatory requirements and company procedure.
  • Acting as the key contact between the business, existing and potential clients you’ll uphold company standards in every interaction.
