Buying a new car is exciting, but it can have its complications. We’re here to make life easier for our customers by keeping things simple. Every customer we work with is looking for us to provide support in their new purchase, whether it’s sourcing the finance or the car. Our aim is to do this as quickly and hassle free as possible for them.

As a Customer Consultant, you'll be focused on tailoring the best possible solution to get your clients into their new vehicle, guiding each customer through their car purchasing journey, from the initial contact to helping them find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.

Our aim is to find the customer the best possible agreement and build relationships that ensure they come back to you in the future.

You'll do this by working closely with external partners and our dedicated support teams to ensure the best possible service is provided.

About You

We’re looking for a focused and charismatic individual with the ability to engage with clients, partners and colleagues at all levels.

You won’t need to have previous experience in Finance, or even the Motor Trade. (Our Training Academy will ensure you’re given the best platform to be a success). What’s important is that you’re customer and success focused, willing to work hard to achieve both yours and the business’ goals.

  • An active listener with the ability to, empathise and qualify a client’s need quickly and efficiently
What Will You Do?

As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for managing inbound car finance applications. Following our 4- week Academy Training course which provides you with the knowledge and skills to be a success.

You will be the first point of contact for new customer enquiries and work with these customers from start to finish.

  • Take ownership of each of your customers journeys
  • Provide a tailored service to each customers finance and vehicle needs
  • Manage daily customer applications, while staying on top of your workflow
  • Comprehensive updating of the internal web-based CRM system
  • Day to day management of clients’ needs and requirements
  • Daily liaison and negotiation with external partners and internal departments

This opportunity is available for both full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time hours with flexible patterns considered for the right candidate. 

  • Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 20:00
  • Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00
