About You

What does it take to be a Recruitment Resourcer at Creditplus? A commercial focus, genuine hunger for success, motivation to achieve set targets, and have a professional approach to working in a team environment.

You’ll need to be exceptionally well organised, with excellent attention to detail. You’ll have great interpersonal skills together with the ability to build successful working relationships.

You’ll want to roll your sleeves up and do whatever is required to support the business at every level. Your desire to do things right, first time will be evident in all you do.

We’re looking for someone with;

  • An understanding of the recruitment industry preferred but not essential
  • Experience of working with high volume workloads and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to work under pressure
What Will You Do?

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be focused on identifying talent for the business, utilising a range of tools such as job boards, LinkedIn and other online tools. You’ll assist the team to pre-screen, interview, and assess the skills of the candidate, whilst matching the candidate to our business requirements. You’ll work alongside the Department Head to:

  • Manage the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placement.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by conducting 1st Stage interview with applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; following up with candidates and obtaining feedback from management.
  • General HR Administration

This opportunity is available on a full-time (37.5 hours per week) with flexible patterns considered for the right candidate.
