Our Role

We're an ambitious team on a mission to simplify used car buying online. Our digital products are at the forefront of the customer journey and we're looking for a Product Designer who can make things happen. You'll set the benchmark for good design, innovate across channels, and find new ways to add value to customers.

As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with our digital and engineering teams, as well as the senior management team, and play a critical role in the growth of our brand as a leading car and finance provider while working at the forefront of our customers’ journey.

About You

To be a Product Designer at Creditplus you’ll need to be passionate about your work, possess a sharp sense of design, have the ability to deliver stunning creative while maintaining a customer-centric view.

You’ll be driven to grow our brand as a market leader while offering solutions to create real impact.

We’re looking for someone with;

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar design role.
  • An appreciation of SEO and mobile-first web design.
  • A creative, ambitious, analytical and problem-solving mind.
  • Experience working within a team, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal contexts.
  • Experience liaising and collaborating with in-house teams and external suppliers.
  • Ideally a formal design or digital degree.
What Will You Do?

As a Product Designer, you'll work closely with our digital and engineering teams, as well as the senior management team & play a critical role in the growth of our brand whilst working at the forefront of our customer’s journey.

  • Have an understanding and consideration of design and user experience, including layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, and strong working knowledge of Adobe CC or Figma
  • Create sketches and journey maps, wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and components to test and improve product experiences.
  • Use research to challenge and validate design decisions through an ongoing design process.
  • Work hand in hand with digital and engineering throughout the discovery, design, and development process to bring great ideas to life.
  • Lead user testing to gather qualitative and quantitative data, translate that data into features or new products and be confident communicating results to team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure high-quality production.
  • Support wider marketing activities through design; landing pages, social campaigns, pitch decks, print.

This opportunity is available on a Full-Time basis. Flexible patterns will be considered for the right candidate.
