Our Role

We offer cars direct to our customers who apply for car finance. An important part of our business is our RAC approved PDI operation in Poole which purchases vehicles, carries out a range of remedial works from smart repairs, light mechanical works, servicing, M.O.T and tyres replacement.

We are looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for vehicle servicing and general maintenance of all makes and models mainly under 5 years old, ready for delivery to our customers.

About You

What does it take to be a Vehicle Technician at Creditplus? Ideally, 2-3 years’ previous experience of various repair techniques is required, you will be experienced in the repair of all makes/models of vehicles, be proficient and accurate with the ability to work within time constraints and deadlines.

The pride you take in your work will be second to none, ensuring that the final result meets the highest standard.

You’ll want to roll up your sleeves and take on all challenges while maintaining a commercial focus and awareness to ensure efficiency. Your desire to do things right the first time will be evident in all you do.

We’re looking for;

  • Minimum 2 years Vehicle servicing and Repair experience.
  • Level 3 Qualified.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • The ability to communicate across all levels of the Business.
  • A positive and calm individual, able to think on their feet.
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of manufacturer vehicles, mechanical, diagnostic and smart repair knowledge and skills.
  • A broad understanding of all the disciplines in taking trade vehicles to retail-ready vehicles.
  • Experience liaising and collaborating with in-house teams and external suppliers.
What Will You Do?

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be focused upon vehicle servicing and general maintenance of all makes and models mainly under 5 years old. You will need the determination, care and patience to produce high-quality repairs and a keen eye for detail. Your core responsibilities will include:


  • Manage the workflow of cars ready for delivery to customers.
  • Repair and servicing of all makes and models.
  • Diagnostic testing.
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork.
  • As our PDI centre is RAC approved ensuring all works meet both the RAC & Creditplus standards set.
  • You will be responsible for your own health and safety and others around you.

This opportunity is available for both full-time and part-time hours. Flexible patterns will be considered for the right candidate.
