What questions are asked about Creditplus online?

By: james.dwyer     Approved by the Car Finance Advisory Board

We're keen to clarify all the queries surrounding our car finance agreements which appear online.

This page answers the questions which we find on other websites relating to Creditplus products and services. Should we be able to join in the conversation on the website, we will, however in most cases we are unable to respond directly.

Do Creditplus charge administration fees?

We don't charge any administration fees for organising car finance. This means that if we help you to secure finance on your new vehicle you won't be charged an admin fee. However if you opt to use our vehicle delivery service, Creditplus reserves the right to charge an administration fee to cover the cost of sourcing a suitable vehicle or vetting an appropriate dealer.

The administration charge is kept to a minimum to cover logistical costs only. In the event of a cancelled order by the client, or the client changing supplier the administration fee will not be returned by Creditplus.

Creditplus also reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £25 if a customer requires payment from a lender within 24 hours of payout.
