When completing your complaints form, it's vital that you provide us with as much information as possible, including your Customer Number, full name and a detailed description of the issue.
Please note that we can only handle complaints about Creditplus. If you have a complaint about a partner or provider to Creditplus, these complaints will need to be placed directly with them. We can assist you with this process; please contact your Customer Advisor for assistance if this is the case.

Complaints will be processed within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving your complaint, and we'll attempt to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible.
We've supplied thousands of vehicles to very happy customers over the years and we're very proud of the armchair service that we provide. We also go to great lengths to ensure that any car that we supply has been fully checked to ensure it's of high quality. As this is a really important area of our business, we've invested in our own Vehicle Preparation Centre where we check the vehicles that are supplied to customers.
We supply a great number of used cars and, very occasionally, our customers may have an issue which could not be foreseen. Your vehicle will have come with a car warranty so we would recommend checking this before contacting us. However, if you still have an issue with the vehicle, or you'd like some help resolving an issue, please call your Customer Advisor on 0800 1777 290. They'll work with our Logistics team to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Every complaint that is made to Creditplus is managed in a professional manner. If you've made a complaint to Creditplus, our Senior Management team will be made aware of the issue and will work hard to ensure a satisfactory resolution. The correspondence will either be directly with a member of the management team or your original Customer Advisor.
