Job Role

You will be working as part of a fast-paced sales team on our trading floor. Pitching our additional products & services to existing customers, successfully closing deals and maintaining excellent customer service throughout each sale.

Our academy training course will help you learn how to achieve in your first few weeks, as well as providing you with further training throughout your career with us.

Successful applicants can progress into sales management positions heading other sales teams from the front delivering financial results, motivating staff and assisting in the forward strategy of the business.

Duties & Tasks

You will be responsible for contacting our existing customers who have just purchased finance through us.  You will be tasked with educating them on the benefits of our additional products & services, while achieving individual targets and KPI’s and work as part of a team to ensure that team targets are achieved. 

  • Calling our existing customers who have just signed up to a finance agreement through our company, selling Insurance, Service Plans and Warranty products.
  • Conduct a fact-finding exercise to ensure the customers are given a personal recommendation based on their individual circumstances.
  • Undertake all calls in a professional and helpful manner using a consultative approach.
  • Confidently identify any barriers and overcome customer’s objections and questions.
  • Comprehensive updating of the internal web based CRM system.

 

Skills Required

To understand the customer’s needs and give them personal recommendations based on your findings and to process new car insurance policies in a timely & efficient manner, whilst working towards individual and team targets. 

  • Driven, purposeful, demanding, determined, competitive, strong willed.
  • Enthusiastic, persuasive, dynamic, sociable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Able to listen, empathise and qualify a client’s need quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • A prioritiser and planner who can analytically plan day-to-day activities / able to handle a fast pace environment to produce monthly financial targets.

Hours

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30, two late night shifts 09.30 – 19:00 and one Saturday per month with hours of 09:00 – 17:00.
