When you enter your information on a website we understand that you want to be able to update your information. In this section we'll help you to understand how to do this.
If you're a Creditplus customer and would like to update the information that you provided in your initial application, you should contact your Customer Advisor. Due to the nature of a finance application we're unable to allow you to change your information via your Customer Area.
If you'd like to change your information, please leave us a message in your Customer Area, call us on 0800 1777 290 or email your Customer Advisor. They'll be happy to confirm your new information and make the changes for you.
All of the mandatory information that we collect from our customers is used to compare the best car finance deals available to you. Because you're applying for finance we have to gather quite a lot of information that will be used to evaluate your application. When you make your application you'll also be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions, which outline exactly how your information will be used.
We do sometimes have to pass your information onto a lender or a third party in order to receive a full car loan decision. View our Terms & Conditions for more information.
