Many of our customers may not realise that they have the option for their vehicle to be delivered to them at either their home or work address when they choose to opt for Creditplus’ source and supply service. There will be occasions when the vehicle will need to be collected from the dealership or direct from Creditplus. This will all depend on whether we source and supply your vehicle or just provide the finance for it. Our friendly Customer Advisors will be able to help and advise you in regards to the best vehicle delivery option to suit your requirements.
The Distance Marketing Regulations Act 2004 states that if you've purchased an item from a distance you have a 14 day cancellation period, as well as 14 days to cancel your finance agreement with Creditplus if you choose to go with another provider.

The keys to your vehicle will be released 3-10 working days after the funds have been paid out by the car finance lender. Vehicle delivery is supported by our expert Vehicle Buying team, and your dedicated Customer Advisor will keep you informed of the progress.
