"My case handler was a chap called Phil Coulson who helped me through the entire process and I have to say he was brilliant. He was very helpful, always kept me updated with the progress and finally helped push the payment to the dealer quicker then it was originally planned. The best feature is the ability to scan original copies and send them across to your case handler via the customer area or by email to speed the process up, thus resulting in prompt payment to the required dealer. All in all, I'm a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Creditplus to any friends looking for finance on a car."

"Dear Sirs, I collected my new car yesterday, and just wanted to drop you a line to give a little feedback. In short, fantastic service! At 40 years old, I've bought a number of cars over the years, and had never used a broker before. Nor had I ever used an online organisation before. Most of the headaches were completely taken taken away, and the whole process was incredibly simple and straightforward. Everything from finding the right car, to finding the right finance, to liaising with the the various companies involved was conducted in an efficient, speedy and professional manner. Buying a car, was NEVER this easy! One aspect in particular that I thought was superb, was that even though your organisation is based online, you never once lost the human touch. I was assigned an Agent immediately (and was sent a picture with contact details so I knew who I was chatting to), and every time I had an enquiry, I went back to the same person each and every time. No messing about having to explain my case to someone else. I needed to buy a car pretty quickly as my old car was about ready to become scrap. The whole process from finding the right car, to the finance being transferred to the dealer was less than 24 hours. That's what I call fast! A very, very special thank you to Ian Warrington, who handled my case in such a brilliant way, and dealt with my questions so superbly well. Thanks Ian - really great job. Cheers - take care."

"Very high standard and trust worthy. My wife and I were both after a new car each. We knew we wanted a Fiat 500 for my wife and something larger/practical for myself. Phil at Creditplus acted as our personal shopper and found a lovely Fiat 500 sport and a Volvo V50. "I was rather sceptical when I first approached Creditplus to obtain finance for my car, but I needn't have been concerned. They were very helpful and patient throughout the whole process, especially Phil Coulson who answered my numerous questions before I committed to anything. The APR is a little higher than mainstream lenders but, if like me you have a poor credit history, then this is expected. Car is fantastic and warrantied so am very happy with my experience. "I used Creditplus in October 2011 to find a lender and a car on Hire Purchase. I really didn't think that they would be able to help as I have an adverse credit history, however I thought that I'd give it a go anyway. I received a call from Creditplus soon after I had completed an online application; within a couple of hours I was accepted by a lender and was able to begin searching for a car. There are no upfront fees and Creditplus put my best interests first, ensuring that the lender gave me the best deal possible. I picked up my car and I am completely satisfied with both the car and the service. "I applied online for car finance and about five minutes later, Phil called me back to say I was successful in my application. He asked what car I wanted; I asked for a VW Golf GTI. Within 10 minutes I got a call back from him to say he had found the exact model I wanted, so I proceeded to go ahead with the deal. Phil helped me through all the agreements and terms, including insurance and directions to the garage. Becky was really helpful too - I made a couple of mistakes on my documents and she quickly corrected them and advised me what to do. These people are really helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. I applied on the Monday and I picked the car up on the Friday! Thanks Phil, Becky and the Creditplus team."

"Many thanks to all the team involved with getting me the car I wanted - especially to Ian and Stacey who were polite, helpful and kept me informed of everything every step of the way. That's very important because the last thing you want - like some companies I cannot mention - is to be kept in the dark for three days only to be told we cannot go ahead with your application (those reading this might know who I mean). By then the car you want is sold and the hunt is on for another suitable car. Ian kept in contact with the dealer as well which was great; this took the pressure off me trying to stop the car being sold before I had a decision on my application. As a result I now have the car I wanted at the right price, and a very quick decision too - this would not have been possible without the hard work and extreme effort of these guys. I also got an extra two years warranty, AA membership and GAP Insurance for an additional fee. This was a great deal as I now have four years warranty and (hopefully) no motoring worries for the full four years of my loan terms. Hats off to everybody involved and thank you. My old car wouldn't have made it through the winter, so with another car now I don't have to worry. I will be recommending Creditplus to my friends."
