Here at Creditplus, we want to make financing your vehicle as easy as possible, and that’s why we offer a choice of delivery options to suit both you and your personal circumstances.
Option 1: The first of the delivery options that we can offer is our car delivery service (please note: this service is only available on cars that we source and supply). This process means we can arrange for your vehicle to be safely delivered to either your work or home address.
Option 2: The second delivery option available to you is to either collect your vehicle from the dealership or directly from our Creditplus head office.
Once you have decided on the car you would like, your dedicated Customer Advisor will then liaise with our Logisitcs team. A member of the team will call you within 48 hours to advise on the next steps and to inform you of an approximate delivery time. Delivery can usually be arranged within 3-10 days.
Nothing. We will not charge you a penny for the delivery of your car or for the extensive preparation work we do for all our supplied vehicles. Where additional costs are incurred due to a delivery address that is particularly hard to reach from the mainland, we will simply incorporate this cost in to the deal. Of course your Customer Advisor will inform you of this should this be the case.
Of course. We're more than happy for you to come down and meet us and collect your vehicle from our Creditplus offices - it also gives us the chance to you meet you and see the joyful reaction to your new set of wheels. Some of our customers choose this delivery option because they prefer a face to face handover of their vehicle with their Customer Advisor. If you choose to take the delivery option of our car delivery service your new vehicle will be delivered via our Creditplus Logistics transporter called 'Knorry'. On rare occasions we deliver vehicles via a contracted driver; of course your Customer Advisor will notify you if this is the case.
Yes and much more! Once our Logistics team pick up your vehicle they will then take your car to our Preparation Centre based near our head office in Poole. Our skilled team of mechanics and detailers will then get straight to work with their pre-delivery inspection and RAC 82-point check, cover any minor body or mechanical work, and then finally perform a full valet. You can rest assured that to your new car will be delivered in top condition ready for you to enjoy.
