Here at Creditplus, we want to make financing your vehicle as easy as possible, and that’s why we offer a choice of delivery options to suit both you and your personal circumstances.
The first of the delivery options that we can offer is our car delivery service; however this is only available on cars that we source and supply. This process means we can arrange for your vehicle to be safely delivered to either your work or home address.
We believe that purchasing a car should be a stress-free and enjoyable experience, and that’s why we have put time and effort into developing our armchair service.
The second delivery option available to you is to either collect your vehicle from the dealership or direct from Creditplus.
Once the car of your choice has been agreed with your Customer Advisor your application for finance will be forwarded onto our Vehicle Buying team who'll give you a call within 48 hours to advice you of the next stages and to inform you of an approximate delivery time. Delivery can usually be arranged within 3-10 days. The preparation and the car delivery service / collection of your new vehicle will be dealt with by our Vehicle Buying team who'll arrange for your vehicle to be transferred to our Creditplus Vehicle Preparation Centre where it will undergo a Creditplus pre-delivery inspection. The team will keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle and will get in touch as soon as it’s ready.
In most cases there is no charge for our UK car delivery service. However, occasionally if your residential location is hard to reach, a flat fee of £200 may apply. This charge is made due to the additional effort and considerations we have to make when delivering to rural locations.
Yes, we're more than happy for you to come down and meet us and collect your vehicle from our Creditplus offices. Many of our customers choose this delivery option because they prefer a face to face handover of their vehicle with their Customer Advisor. Our full address details can be found here.
If you choose to take the delivery option of our car delivery service your new vehicle will be delivered via our Creditplus Logistics lorry. Only in very extreme circumstances will your vehicle be delivered via a contracted driver; your Customer Advisor will notify you if this is the case.
